    By legal definition, each provider that is a member of AFSCME-CCPT is licensed, designated either registered or certified by the State of Oregon, Office of Child Care under the Early Learning Division.

    Providers have provided their contact info, days, hours and ages served and all have approved Emergency Child Care applications as currently required to operate and provide care in adherence to temporary requirements in response to COVID-19.
