This template is provided for our Oregon FCC providers but could be used in any state to draft your own Comprehensive Emergency Plan. If you are in Oregon on the coast, along the Columbia River in Oregon or on the Atlantic or Pacific coast in a Tsunami Zone, you may need to add a section about Tsunami Emergencies.
