    Nominate yourself or someone else. Nominations will start promptly. Nominations will only be taken during the membership meeting. When you nominate yourself or someone else, please state your full name, "local number 132" and who you wish to nominate.

    Electing Local Eboard. If there is more than 1 nominee for any position, mail ballots go out 3/27/24, to be returned postmarked no later than 4/24/24 (you would have already received a postcard back in 2023, in the mail, if you will be eligible to run for office or nominate someone else). Nomination to be held in person at CCPT Annual Conference, Roth’s Conference Center, West Salem, during membership meeting in person over lunch break & by Zoom (membership meeting starts at 11:40 am and those nominating a candidate must be present in person or on Zoom when nominations begin).

    Board Positions open and term: (To be eligible to hold the office of president, 1st Vice, and 2nd Vice the member must be in good standing having paid dues for the prior 12 consecutive months. For all other offices, the member must be in good standing having for the prior 6 consecutive months paid dues. All offices not filled during the nominations and elections process shall be appointed by the president and approved by the executive board of the local following the election.)

    President (2 years) elected from state

    1st Vice (1 year) elected from state

    2nd Vice (2 years) elected from state

    Secretary (1 year) elected from state

    Treasurer (2 years) elected from state 

    Northwest Regional Director Washington County (2 years) must live in Washington County

    Northwest Regional Director (2 years) must live in Clatsop, Columbia, Tillamook, or Yamhill counties.

    Northcentral Regional Director Multnomah County (2 years) must live in Multnomah county.

    Northcentral Regional Director (2 years) must live in Clackamas, The Dalles, Gilliam, Hood River, Wasco or Wheeler counties.

    Southern Regional Director (2 years) must live in Crook, Deschutes, Harney, Klamath or Lake counties.

    Valley Regional Director (2 years) must live in Benton, Jefferson, Lincoln, Linn, Marion or Polk counties.

    South Valley Regional Director (2 years) must live in Coos, Curry, Douglas, Jackson, Josphine or Lane counties. 

    Eastern Regional Director (2 years) must live in Baker, Grant, Malheur, Morrow, Sherman, Utmatilla, Union or Wallowa counties.

    Non-Board Official to be elected:

    Trustee (3 years) elected from state

    Trustee (1 year) elected from state

    We will also be taking "applications" for new Stewards and Peer Advocates -- those positions are appointed by the President (and approved by the Board).
